=========================================================================== Primary purpose : Deathmatch =========================================================================== Title : DeathMatch For Two Series Filename : DFOR2.WAD Release date : 01/28/95 MM/DD/YY (Timestamps of the WAD and textfile) Author : Kurt Schulenburg; Scott Scurlock (he did E1M7, originally TRENCH.WAD) Email Address : 76360,3125 (Kurt Schulenburg), 74721,1250 (Scott Scurlock) Other Files By Author : Files by Kurt Schulenburg: RISE.WAD, ROADKILL.WAD, JERICHO.WAD, UPNDOWN.WAD, dmkurt.zip (contains FRED.WAD, JSTUFF10.WAD, SPIRAL.WAD, WALLS.WAD), Building (has been available as DMBLD.WAD on CompuServe), The River, Trench2, Shotgun, Fountain, Fort and Yard. Description : This wad is a compilation of 8 wads designed for two player modem DEATHMATCH. The wads are physically on the small side so that you don't spend all your time hunting the other guy. They are not so small that 3 or 4 player matches won't work; I just seem to find too many HUGE wads out there and felt there was a need for more action with two players. [See detailed description of the levels below] Additional Credits to : Special thanks to Marty (Mega-Death) Magnini for playtesting, Ray Cook for playtesting, my wife Carolyn for EVERYTHING and Karl for playing with his own keyboard while daddy plays at this. And thanks to ID Games for DOOM 1 and 2. =========================================================================== * What is included * New levels : 8 Sounds : No Music : No Graphics : No Dehacked/BEX Patch : No Demos : No Other : No Other files required : No * Play Information * Game : DOOM Map # : E1M1 - E1M8 Single Player : No Cooperative 2-4 Player : No Deathmatch 2-4 Player : Designed for 2 Players Other game styles : No Difficulty Settings : ? * Construction * Base : A few of these levels have been uploaded before in one form or another.
