=========================================================================== Primary purpose : Deathmatch =========================================================================== Title : DeathMatch1.666 Filename : DMDTH16.WAD Release date : 1994 Author : James R. Sharp Email Address : COMPUSERVE : 71623,1443 Description : This level was designed for the the DOOM 1.6 Deathmatch 2.0 regeneration feature. There is only one place to get your weapons (but it cannot be considered a campsite). There are many places to find your heath, armor, and weapons. Most places are difficult to find. That adds to the excitement Deathmatch--Search for both the means and your prey. There is one Invulnerabilty sphere. While easy to get, it should be hard to find. The level was designed to avoid any campsites--(Great resupply places, the other guy knows it and only one way is through him.) Additional Credits to : I would like to acknowledge the assistance of David Bruni who wrote the DoomEd - Real Thing Tutorial. His writings finally helped me understand how to build stitched stairs and teleporters. =========================================================================== * What is included * New levels : 1 Sounds : No Music : No Graphics : No Dehacked/BEX Patch : No Demos : No Other : No Other files required : No * Play Information * Game : DOOM Map # : E1M1 Single Player : No Cooperative 2-4 Player : No Deathmatch 2-4 Player : Designed for Other game styles : No Difficulty Settings : Not implemented * Construction * Base : New from scratch Build Time : @35 hours Editor(s) used : DoomED - The Real Thing v. 2.6b4 Known Bugs : None Additional Notes : There is one "tutti-fruiti" spot at the hidden end level switch. but it should not detract from the game. * Copyright / Permissions * Do what you want but don't blame me...
