================================================================ Title : PathWays Completion Date : 1 October 2000 Filename : Pathways.Wad Author : Josef Griffiths Email Address : Josefdg@hotmail.com Misc Author Info : Amateur programmer Qualifications : Dip. idiocy Description : The description of one of the Unreal Tournament levels said that it was small and no big spaces providing fast-paced action and no escape from certain death. Well, I tried to make something fitting that and this is what I came up with. this level is designed only for deathmatch. The idea is for all the players to team up against the faggot in the main room and then go round shooting each other. When everybody is ready for the next level, find the secret devilmark in player four's start room. Additional Credits to : * Ben Morris for making DCK, a way better ed editor to use than WadAuthor, but still the same sorta interface...a DOS replica of the Windows 95/98 GUI * ICL Finland for making my 486 which still runs perfectly after six years. ================================================================ * Play Information * Game : DOOM I Episode and Level # : E1M6 Single Player : No Cooperative 2-4 Player : No Deathmatch 2-4 Player : Yes Difficulty Settings : Yes - Different bosses to battle in the main room... New Sounds : No New Graphics : Just the `PathWays' graphic for the scores screen. New Music : I thought it was essential Demos Replaced : None * Construction * Base : New level from scratch - and hopefully a good one too! Editor(s) used : DCK for making the level, WinTex for inserting the graphic and the MUS file, Midi2Mus and DmMusic for converting and storing the MIDI in a seperate PWad. Known Bugs : Hopefully I've squashed all of them... the only main bug I think there is is texture placing\selection. This is only the third DooM level I've made. * Copyright / Permissions * Authors may use this level as a base to build additional levels, providing they do not use it as a start and build outwards. It must only be used as a portion to make the map bigger, or fill in blank spaces, eg. the maze\confusion in the original E1M2. * Where to get this WAD * From wherever you got it from. ================================================================
