I have started making the next part of my newest mod. I have made a new weapon and some new tiles and enemies. This time you will play the role of one of the Black Assassins.

It will take me a certain time to make more tiles. I have planned to make 22 Singleplayer maps and I might also make some HeadToHead maps.

The dark conspiracy is one of my favourite mods for Meteor 1. It's great to hear that there will be a sequel!

It's over! Everything went wrong! There was a bug which ruined the whole mod! Unfortunately it will not be finished. :(

But at least I can make a multiplayer map pack for the Dark Conspiracy.

I added a new weapon. And this ruined everything! In the player character editor in the weapon item instead of ArrowGun it showed sheep shots and I couldn't change it. In the itemdefs file everything was perfect. I tried a lot of things but they didn't work. So I deleted everything except the tileset.

Delete everything? That's a bit drastic.
You could have tried deleting only the player himself first.
They create a wilderness and they call it peace ( Tacitus, 2nd century AD )

Yeah, probably you are right but I was very angry with all this and I wasn't thinking clearly. Now I don't have enough inspiration to finish this mod but the multiplayer pack (10 maps maybe) will be released.

The new weapon destroyed everything. The maps wouldn't work because I forgot to remove the weapon and the ammos from the map before deleting the sprites and weapons. The game went mad and so did I.

I would'nt be so sure. Try to make a mod of M1, a TC. Soon you run out of inspiration and a map making takes like 1 day. It is very easy to just make a single map with the regular Meteor tileset!

Well, M2 also has the really difficult sector system, scripting, and last but not least: The map scrolling system from which the speed is appearantly based on your CPU speed... A real pain if you've got a fast computer |=(

In Meteor 1, arrow keys don't work.
In Meteor 2, arrow keys work, but they're still too fast X_X

If i remember right, a game called Blitzkrieg had the same problem, of game speed compared to computer's. So when i played it on a fast laptop, the game really went blitz! (^^,)
